Tutti Frutti

Ingredients :

250g Raw Papaya

1 cup Sugar
-
Few drops of Food Color (Red, Yellow and Green)

Water as required

Steps to make Sweet Tutti Frutti :

To begin, peel and cut the papaya into small cubes.

Cook the papaya cubes in 3 cups of water until they become semi-transparent.

Drain the water and set it aside.

Now, take sugar and 2 cups of water in a pan.

Boil it for a few minutes before adding the semi-cooked papaya cubes.

Simmer it for 10 minutes over a medium flame.

Turn off the heat and pour it into three bowls separately.

Add 2-3 drops of color to each bowl and mix thoroughly.

Keep it aside for 2-3 hours to allow the color to absorb completely.
Tutti Frutti is ready!!!
